How does pricing per confirmed order work?
Each plan has a monthly fee and a price per confirmed order: Basic $0/month + 3 MAD per confirmed order, Standard $20/month + 2 MAD per confirmed order, Gold $50/month + 1 MAD per confirmed order. You are billed for confirmed orders only. Standard and Gold are not available to buy yet: every new account starts on Basic.
What happens if a customer doesn’t answer?
Oderfy tries again automatically, only within the calling hours and retry times you set. Each attempt and its result appears on the order.
How does Oderfy sync with Shopify?
New Shopify COD orders sync into Oderfy automatically. Store access is read-only: call results appear in your Oderfy dashboard and your Shopify orders are never edited.
Which languages can Mounia speak?
Darija, French and English. You select the language for each agent.
